We offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind. If you decide to return a product within 14 days of purchase, simply bring it back to us in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, instructions, and accessories, along with your proof of purchase. We’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund.

Kindly note that we reserve the right to inspect returned items before finalising an exchange or refund.

Items Excluded from Our 14-Day Return Policy:

Some products are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

  • Items with a voided manufacturer’s warranty due to broken seals, registration, or activation of software or SIM cards.
  • Products where the Product Activation Key Card’s silver strip has been tampered with or removed.
  • Opened media such as DVDs, CDs, or software, including video games.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items with recordable memory (such as storage devices) that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken.
  • Services that have been completed or activated, such as installations or subscriptions.
  • Digital downloads – refunds are not available due to system or region requirements or personal preferences.
  • Customised, special order, or modified products.
  • Products reserved for more than 14 days.

Our 14-day return policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Experiencing Issues with a Product? We’ve Got It Covered.

We aim for perfection, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Most of our products come with at least a 1-year warranty. If your product develops a fault within the first 12 months (or any extended warranty period) and it’s not due to misuse, we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, exchange, or refund. The time taken for these requests may vary based on the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Please retain your original receipt as proof of warranty.

How to Address a Product Issue:

We reserve the right to inspect items before processing an exchange or refund. If a fault is confirmed under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund. In cases where the fault is not immediately verifiable, the item may need to be sent to the manufacturer for further inspection. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we may offer a repair service at a reasonable cost.

All returns should include the original proof of purchase and, if possible, all accessories, instruction manuals, and software in the original packaging.

For products that store personal data, it is the customer’s responsibility to back up and erase all data before returning the item. Vijay cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
