Click & Collect Service

Overview:

  • Complimentary same-day collection for orders made before 5pm.
  • Ready for pick-up within 2 hours.
  • Available Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm, and Saturday, 11am - 5pm.
  • Not available on Sundays and public holidays.

At Vijay, we pride ourselves on offering a smooth and efficient Click & Collect service, allowing you to pick up your purchases at your convenience. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items quickly and without any complications.

Complimentary Collection:

Enjoy the convenience of collecting your orders from our store at no extra cost. Simply place your order online, and we'll have it ready for you to pick up.

Quick Turnaround:

Most orders will be ready for collection within 2 hours. We work hard to prepare your items promptly so that you can collect them as soon as possible.

Order Deadline:

To guarantee same-day collection, please ensure your order is placed before 5pm. Orders received after this cut-off time may be processed the following business day.

Service Availability:

Please note that our Click & Collect service is not operational on Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Public Holiday Schedule:

Orders placed on public holidays will be prepared for collection on the following business day. We apologise for any delays this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Stock Availability and Exclusions:

While we offer Click & Collect for most items, certain products may only be available for in-store purchase due to size or specific requirements (e.g., large appliances or specialised electronics). Additionally, as our website is currently in Beta, there may occasionally be discrepancies in stock levels. This means an item might show as available online but could be out of stock in-store. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or process a refund. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance our service.
