Stay hydrated before you explore the Upside down with this officially licensed Stranger Things Polyresin Mug. The inside of this mug is stainless steel and holds 350ml of your favourite drink. The outside has been all cast in high quality resin and shows Mike and Eleven in our world and the Demogorgon stalking them from below. Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
