Sylvanian Families Bear Twins.
Available for sale to independent brick & mortar stores and online via their own managed websites. Unfortunately, we cannot supply these products for sale on any social media or third-party trading platforms, including: Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
The Bear Twins set includes the Bear twin’s figures (one sitting and one crawling) and a ride-on toy. The figures can be posed by moving the head. Bear Twins' heads can turn. The sitting Bear Twin can fit inside the ride-on toy. Put the crawling Bear Twin's hand on the ride-on toy handle to act out play pushing.
The sitting Bear Twin is a baby boy who loves to mimic other people. He's delighted when everyone laughs at his antics, and that spurs him to keep doing it more.
The crawling Bear Twin is a short-tempered baby girl. She often fights with her twin, but they make up soon after and are then found napping holding hands.

Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.
General Conditions:
- Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
