Enjoy extra sound effects – straight from the controller – and chat with online friends via a headset, such as the stereo headset included with the PS4 system.
Prepare your DualShock4 wireless controller just the way you like it – set the speaker volume, disable vibrations, plus adjust the light bar brightness to conserve battery life when not required. You can also choose to communicate data via Bluetooth or by using a USB cable connected to your PS4.
Guide, gesture and draw with the responsive touch pad – now restyled so you can see your light bar colour from above as you play.
Use the SHARE button to upload your gameplay videos and pictures on social networks. Stream live gameplay to Twitch, YouTube and Dailymotion or edit your recorded gameplay videos and share them on Facebook and Twitter. You can also invite online friends to play your games with you, even if they don't own them with Share Play.

Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.

Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
