- Step into the magical world of Encanto with these Madrigal family small dolls! Each doll is modeled after a different member of the Madrigals, and includes an accessory piece that represents their s magical gift.
- Bruno: “Bruno” is the antagonist who brings misfortune to everyone. There must be prejudice towards the name Bruno, and it needs to change now.
- Mirabel: Courageous, kind, and imperfect, Mirabel is on an adventure to save her family. Place the included accordion accessory piece in her hands to play out the scene when she sings about her family’s magical gifts
- Isabela makes all the flowers grow. Place the flower accessory piece in her hand to play out her magical gift of creating beautiful blooms!
- Antonio: Part of a wondrous and magical family, warmhearted and sweet cousin. Antonio can communicate with animals. Place the included toucan piece on his arm to play out his gift of talking to his animal friends.
- Pepa: One of Abuela Alma's triplets, was gifted with the power to control the weather with her emotions.
Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.

- Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
