Design the collection of your dreams: choose shapes, patterns and materials and create thousands of your own pieces. Cut and sew everything yourself. Your store, your rules, your own style.
My Universe - Interior Designer :
Discuss with your customers to find out what their dreams, preferences and expectations are for their home. You will have to renovate their home and fulfill the conditions of their mission to make them happy. The better they like your work, the higher your reputation and level will rise. Gradually, you will unlock new objects, styles, decoration options and more important projects.
During your adventure, you will have the choice between 2 modes: In renovation mode, you can change the structure of the house by tearing down or building walls, removing the parquet or tiles, painting the walls or changing their cladding, repairing the electrical installation or laying a new water connection.
You can also switch to decorating mode to select and place the furniture, plants, carpets, wallpaper, curtains, etc. It's up to you to give the house a real personality. If you want, you can also work on your own projects. Choose the structure of your home (apartment, studio, house or duplex) and decorate it however you like.
Now it's your turn: pick up your brushes and tools and start decorating to create the coziest and most elegant homes.
Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.
General Conditions:
- Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
