- DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ, the definitive DRAGON BALL fighting game experience developed by Arc System Works, is now digitally* available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The new versions bring visual enhancements to the game and add rollback netcode for online play.
- With free upgrades available for players who own versions on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the new-gen editions harness the power of these platforms to deliver even more breathtaking visuals on Unreal Engine with incredible responsiveness to player inputs. In addition, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC players will experience smoother online play thanks to the integration of rollback netcode, bringing improved performance to online matches.
- Players can upgrade from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 via the PlayStation Store digitally, or by inserting their physical disc copy into the PlayStation. To upgrade from Xbox One to the Xbox Series X|S version, players need to insert their Xbox One physical disc copy into their Xbox Series console and select “Upgrade to Xbox Series X|S” option on the title screen.
Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.

- Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
