- Players who start playing NHL 22 on PlayStation4 or Xbox One will be able to transfer their HUT Team value and progress to PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S within the NHL 22 title, meaning that:
- Users can protect 20 player items + Coach in their current lineup and transfer those over to a new console.
- Once content is transferred from Gen4 to Gen5, that content on Gen4 will be converted to untradable for security reasons.
- Overhauled Player Likeness: Over 100 star players and generic player head models have been totally rebuilt from the ground up to reflect the current season and bring more detail to your favorite players.
- Uniform Improvements: micro-detail on fabrics and component branding for patches/logos is delivered in higher resolution making every stitch visible. All done without impacting performance, memory and disc utilization.
Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
