- WATER PEN INCLUDED- Simply fill the special water pen from the tap, and use the chunky sponge tip to magically reveal pictures
- 2 WAYS TO PLAY- Wipe the pen across the mat to reveals fun images of Bluey and her family. On the other side, is a multi-coloured free drawing area, for your little pup to create their own designs!
- BLUEY STYLING- Features colourful Bluey characters and artwork around the edge of the mat
- USE AGAIN AND AGAIN- When the water has dried, the images will disappear, and the mat can be used all over again. When playtime is over, the mat can be folded for easy storage.
Shipping: At present, we do not offer shipping services. The only available option is Click & Collect, which allows you to pick up your items directly from our store. This option is clearly indicated at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation.
Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) back to our store along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.
General Conditions:
- Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
